Section 1: Procedure for Placing an Order

BestLink Netware offers 4 easy ways to place orders:

1. BestLink Netware Website Ordering

The most efficient and encouraged way to place an order is through the BestLink Netware website. Simply locate the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once the items are added, proceed to checkout. To save even more time, if you know the SKU(s) of the product(s) you wish to order, you can use our "Quick-Order" tool which will help expedite the checkout process.

There are two ways to use the Quick Order form:

1. Simply enter the product SKU number and quantity in the form.

a. Enter SKU number:
· Product description and carton quantity will be shown.
· Use the tab key to move to the next entry
b. Enter PO quantity:
You may want to adjust PO quantity to match carton quantity. If the PO quantity exceeds our available stock, the available quantity and ETA of next shipment will be shown.
* Please note we may not always be able to ship all available quantity. We will call you or send you an e-mail to notify if that is the case.
c. When all items are entered, proceed to checkout by clicking “checkout”.
The form can only accept 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items to enter, click “Add to Cart & Continue to Buy” and continue entry.

2. Upload your PO item list

a. Create your PO item list in a spreadsheet.
· The list must consist of two columns with a header on the top row.
· Title the first column ‘SKU’ and the second column ‘Quantity’ as shown below.
· Save it in CSV format
* File MUST be in CSV format. If it is not in CVS format it will not work.

b. Choose the PO file you created and upload. The list will be uploaded into the Quick Order form. If there are any invalid or discontinued items in the form, it will be prompted. Make corrections, then click checkout.

2. Email your Purchase Order

You can email a soft-copy of your purchase order to Order Entry.

Please be sure to include:
1. Your purchase order number in the "subject" line of your email.
2. Any special instructions for processing your purchase order.
3. UPS/FedEx account number, if you have one.
4. BestLink Netware SKU number(s) on your purchase order.

Once your purchase order is processed, an order confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address we have on file. We will also notify you of any backorders and/or price updates.

3. Fax in your Purchase Order

Fax in your Purchase Order to (323) 415-9110.

4. Place a Phone Order

Call BestLink Netware’s sales department at (855) 456-8891 and any of our representatives will be happy to take your order. Please have your customer ID and BestLink Netware SKU(s) ready.

Once your telephone order is processed, an order confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address we have on file. We will also notify you of any back orders and/or price updates.

Section 2: Changing / Modifying an Order Policy

To ensure each order is processed and shipped accurately, any revision(s) made to an existing order must be submitted to BestLink Netware by 1:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) on the same day the original order was placed. Please call BestLink Netware customer support at (855) 456-8891 to report the revision.

Any revisions submitted after the 1:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) cut-off time cannot be guaranteed.

Section 3: Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an existing order, please contact BestLink Netware customer support immediately at (855) 456-8891 Monday–Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (Pacific Standard Time). All orders must be cancelled prior to carrier pickup.

Cancellation Deadlines:

UPS Ground: 2:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
UPS 3-day, 2-day, Next Day: 2:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
FedEx Ground: 1:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
FedEx 3-day, 2-day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight: 2:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
USPS Priority Mail, 1st Class, Parcel Post: 3:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)

If a cancellation request is submitted past the above stated deadline, you will need to complete a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request.

Section 4: Minimum Order, Drop Ship and Handling Fees Policy

A $1.50 handling fee will be added onto any order that has a merchandise subtotal under $10.00. Bestlink Netware does not have a minimum order amount/quantity on any single stock order.

Section 5: Prices,Sales Tax and Payment Policy


All prices are based on FOB (Free On Board) Rancho Cucamonga CA, and are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

7.75% sales tax will be applied to sales in California. If you are placing an order outside of California, please refer to your city and state’s local tax rate below. Sales tax will be added to the order unless BestLink Netware Inc. has a tax exemption on file for your business.

Credit Card

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Your card is not charged when you submit an order. It is charged only when your order is ready to ship.

A signed authorization form may be required for initial orders and orders over $1000.

C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery)

We accept cashier's check or money order. Please specify which you will use.
C.O.D. / company check terms must be pre-approved by Bestlink Netware.

Please be prepared to provide your bank info and a copy of a voided check.

Section 6: Shipping Policy

Standard/Ground orders for products that are in stock normally ship within 24 hours after Bestlink Netware receives the order. Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day orders placed before 11:00AM (cut-off time) will be processed the same day. For orders received after the cut-off time, we will try our best to ship the same day but are not guaranteed.

All orders/products are shipped using UPS, Fed-Ex, or LTL carriers of BestLink Netware's choice, unless specified by the customer.

We accept freight collect shipments. If you have a freight collect account, please provide us your carrier's name and account number by email or phone. For online orders, please enter your account number in the “UPS or FedEx Acct #” field during checkout. For LTL Freight orders please put a note in the note box during checkout and we will contact you with the shipping details.

Free Shipping Service

BestLink Netware, Inc. offers free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise total amount over $2,000 on a single purchase order (excluding backorders). Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using UPS/FedEx Ground or LTL Freight carriers of BestLink Netware’s choice with standard LTL service. Only addresses in the contiguous 48 United States qualify for our free freight offer. If you need AIR or an urgent/expedited service, the difference between AIR and ground/standard service will be charged. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, or other US Territories and foreign destinations are excluded from this offer. It will not be applied to multiple or blanket POs. There will be no freight reimbursement on will call orders.

* Free freight does not apply to bulk cables, TV mounts, networking racks, cabinets, ladders and runways. Freight cost for these exclusion items will be separately calculated and added to the order.

Section 7: Claims (problems with shipments) Policy

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact Bestlink Netware's customer service at (562) 677-3200 within 7 days from the date you accepted the delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact the carrier immediately to report the damage then contact Bestlink Netware's customer service to file a claim.

For LTL Freight shipments, please report any damages to the carrier’s driver during delivery. Any damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading upon receipt.

Clearance and limited stock items are sold “as-is” and are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable. Clearance and limited stock items do not qualify for any other discounts or offers.

Section 8: Return Policy

We offer 30-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. To return an item, please visit our website or call customer service at (562) 677-3200 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of your original invoice date.

Merchandise returned WITHIN 30 days of the original invoice date will be refunded to the original form of payment (merchandise must be in re-sellable condition).

Merchandise returned AFTER 30 days from the original invoice date will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and issued store credit.

Merchandise returned AFTER 90 days from the original invoice date will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee and issued store credit. Bestlink Netware, Inc. reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any return at its discretion.

Damages, shortages, and defective products MUST be reported to Bestlink Netware WITHIN 7 days after receiving your package.

Requesting A Return Material Authorization(RMA)

There are two ways to submit a Return Material Authorization request, by fax or online.

Fax RMA Request

Fax the completed form to (323) 415-9110. The form with the RMA number will be Faxed back to you.

Online RMA Request

To request an RMA online, simply log in to your account on our website and go to "My Account" at the top of the page. Click on "On-Line RMA request" and fill out the form and submit.

We will reply to your request with your RMA number.

Return Material Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Clearly mark the RMA number on your shipping box. Please do NOT write on retail packaged items, or a 35% re-boxing fee will be applied. Any return shipment received without a Return Material Authorization number will be refused. No COD shipments accepted.

Return Product Shipping Cost:

BestLink Netware will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:

1. Product is DOA (Defective On Arrival)

A Return Material Authorization request must be made within 7 days after receiving the merchandise to be eligible for a DOA return.

2. We shipped an item incorrectly to you.

We will provide you a UPS/FedEx shipping label to return the package. We will also pay the shipping cost for the replacement, if a replacement is requested.

You will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:

1. You ordered the wrong product.
2. You no longer need the product.

You will be responsible for return shipping cost and BestLink Netware will pay the replacement shipping cost if the reason for return is warranty replacement.

Section 9: Will Call Policy

Bestlink Netware's pick-up hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.(Pacific Standard Time). A 3-hour processing window is required after placing your order. If you arrive to pick up your order within the 3-hour processing window you may be required to wait until we are finished preparing your order.

Will call customers are helped on a first-come-first-serve basis when picking up an order. We thank you in advance for you patience during your pick up.

** Coronavirus COVID Update **

Masks are required when picking up an order from our warehouse. Please try to maintain a distance of at least 6Ft from others, to the best of your ability. We reseve the right to refuse service to anyone not willing to adhere to Covid safety guidelines.

Patch Cables: Lifetime Warranty

Networking Patch Panels: 25-Year Warranty

Clearance Items: ALL sales are FINAL.
No returns of exchanges. Limited stock products are sold as is and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All Other Products: 1-Year Warranty
Warranty is good for up to one year after the date on the invoice.
* RMAs do not extend the warranty after the warranty period.
