Customer Service Representative
The position requires general knowledge of computer and networking products. Previous technical support is a plus. Most importantly you must be the person who enjoys finding and providing solutions to customers working together with colleagues in positive manner.
Responsibilities
- Communication skills- both oral and written are a prerequisite (phone and email)
- The ability to diagnose problems and provide solution to customer queries
- General knowledge of computer/networking peripherals and cables
- Entering purchase orders
- Process product returns
- Product evaluation and testing
